January Activities

Aloha friends!  I am enjoying my break, but not loving all the unpacking and laundry after our trip to Colorado.  The weather here is fabulous and I can't wait to try and get out in the water tomorrow.

Just a quick post to share a few items that I will be using in January.

I finished my Word Problems for January.  Thank you for all the kind comments on these and I promise I will have February and March done soon!

I went with a winter theme and included a variety of problems.

Love these cute Polar Bears from Pink Cat Studios.  Each pack includes 21 word problems.

The format allows for a variety of ways to solve the problem.  I also have an answer key
for each problem.

My students are really becoming fantastic problem solvers!

Even though it is warm here in the islands I like to do winter activities.  My kids love dreaming about the snow even though many of them have never even left the island!

WE made these cute snowmen last year and my kids just loved them!

My kids love telling jokes so I put together this pack for a little fun.

Perfect for a snowy or rainy afternoon.

And I just finished my Winter Math Centers!  There are 6 different centers and I just love all the cute winter graphics I was able to use.

Just click on the pictures to check them out in my TpT store.

If you are back to work tomorrow I hope it goes smoothly and you are ready and refreshed.  If you have until next week enjoy your time sleeping in, drinking multiple cups of coffee and going to the bathroom when you want.  I know I will!

  1. Only another teacher would understand about the joy of being able to drink lots of coffee and go to the bathroom whenever you want!
